Farmers State Bank purchases Clear Lake branch of Bank of America

     Farmers State Bank is purchasing the Clear Lake branch of Bank of America.  According to Randall D. Trial date set for Lake man facing attempted murder charges

    A 30-year-old Clear Lake man will stand trial on charges of  Solicitation to Commit Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Attempted Murder at 1:30 p.m. May 29, in Cerro Gordo County District Court.
    Alan Michael Cannon, 1331 N. 7th St., Apartment C, entered a not guilty plea to the charges on Monday, April 16.
    Cannon was arrested at his home on March 27 by the Clear Lake Police Department.
